Maca is a tuberous root grown high in the Andes Mountains. Historical records note that Native Peruvians have used Maca since ancient times for its purported use as an aid to fertility and virility. Maca's many active constituents include alkaloids, saponins, and tannins.
Serving Size: 1 capsule
Suggested Use: As an herbal dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily.
