  • I just made an order and i want to cancel it. Is this possible, and how do i do this?
    If you just made an order and for some reason you want to cancel it you can do the following:
    Go to ORDER LIST, click "show details" from the order you would like to cancel.
    There you see a button "cancel order". Click on it to cancel the order.
    If there is no button to cancel the order, then this means you can not cancel your order anymore.
  • How can i track my order?
    Our packages are shipped with normal unregistered mail (priority parcel) and cannot be tracked
  • I want to pay with my credit card, but i dont see it in the payment methods when i order.
    We only accept credit card payments from the following countries:

    The reason we dont accept the cards is because we experienced a lot of
    credit card fraude coming from the other countries.
  • I want to change my payment method, how can i do this?
    After your order is reviewed by us you can change the payment method.
    Go to ORDER LIST click on the order in question and in the invoice you can choose the new payment method.
  • What is the status of my order.
    Go to ORDER LIST, there you can see the status of all the orders you made.
  • When will i receive my order?
    To find out how long it will take for your order to arrive go to the ORDER INFO page.
    There you can see the shipping time that belongs to the shipping method you have chosen.

    You have to start counting the day after it was send.
    Make sure that you only count working days. Weekends and holidays do not count.
    If your order did not arrive in this period then you can send us an email and we will try to find out what happened with your order.
  • I accidentaly gave the wrong address, what happens now?
    If the address does not exist, then the package will come back to us and we can send it again (you will have to pay shipping costs again).
    If it is an existing address, and the people accept the package and do not return it, then you will lose
    your money.
  • How can i change the shipping address for my order?
    Log in on the website. Go to ACCOUNT, there you can change your info.
    If your order is not send yet then it will automatically change on your order.
    If your order is send, then the package will be send to the old address.
    It is your responsibility to give us your correct address.
  • Do you store my information or give it to third parties?
    We store your address and contact information as well as orderhistory.
    We need to do this so we can help you in case of a lost order or other questions you ask us.
    We will never never never give or share this information with a third party.
  • The contents of my package are broken, what happens now?
    We will always ask for a picture of the packaging and the product.
    After seeing this we will decide if we send it again.
  • I can't seem to register and put products in my shopping cart. What is the problem?
    This means that you have to allow cookies in your browser.
    This is different for all types of browsers, so just google: "how to allow cookies in browser type..."
  • What happens if i am not at home when they try to deliver the package?
    It depends a little on the shipping method. Sometimes they leave a note with contact number, or they do not leave a note and come back the next day.
  • I was too late to pick the package up in the post office, what happens next?
    We will have to wait for the package to return to us, when it does we will send it again.
    We might ask for you to pay the shipping costs again.
  • How do i know if a product is legal in my country?
    If there is nothing written on the product info page, then we are not aware of any restrictions and when ordered the product will be shipped.
    However, we advice you to do your own research before ordering.
  • Which shipping company do you use?
    That depends on the country you live in as well as the shipping method you have chosen.
    We are working on a tracking system, once that is finished it is easier to find out which shipping company we used.
  • Do you sell products that are not on the website?
    If the product you are looking for is not on our website, then we do not sell it.
    So there is no need to ask us.
  • I sent you an email and i still didn't get a reply.
    We do our best to reply to all our emails as fast as possible.
    We ask for a 1-3 day waiting period.
    Do not send your emails twice, this will make the waiting period longer for everybody.
    Always check your spam box, it is possible that our reply ended up there.
  • Do you deliver to my country?
    When you want to find out if we send a certain product to your country, just go to the product and click on it.
    This is an example of what you see on the productpage:
    We don't ship this product to the following countries:
    australia- belgium- denmark- finland- italy
    If there is no note like that, then you can go ahead and order.
  • My package is lost, what happens now?
    Lost order procedure
    1- A month after your order has been shipped mail us with your ordernumber
    2- We will start a postal investigation; this takes 14-60 days depending on country and efficiency of their postal system
    3- When we receive the results, their can be 4 outcomes:
    1-package received - This means order arrived after all, someone else signed for you, housemate neighbor or you want to trick us in sending order again.
    2-Package got lost - This means we will send your order again.
    3-Package got confiscated - This means you ordered something illegal in your country and we are not responsible for the loss. You agreed our disclaimer.
    4-Package returned - This means that we will send the package again after checking if we have the correct address.
