You can choose from different payment options. Simply choose the option that is most convenient for you.
Attention: Minimum order amount is 25 euro.

 

Credit card We accept VISA credit cards.
(Attention: We cannot accept debit cards)

With this option you will pay safely online through a secured link SSL.
Check your confirmation email to see what name will appear on your bank statement.

Your order will be shipped the same or next working day.*
Bank transfer Transfer the money using your online banking system or go to your local bank to carry out the transfer.
Don't forget to put your order number in the description field.

Your order will be shipped when we receive the money into our bank account.*
How long this takes, depends on your bank. It may take 2 up to 6 working days.
Cash (10% discount) Pay with cash and get a 10% discount.
The 10% discount should be deducted manually. After ordering on the website, check your order confirmation and deduct 10% of the total price indicated.
Then put the money in an envelope, together with your name, address and order number.
Always make sure you send the envelope registered and if possible insured, so that if it gets lost, you can track the envelope and in the worst case get your money back from the Post office.
Never send coins, so just round up the total of your order. (ex. 41,50€->40€, 43€->45€) We will compensate for the difference.

Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive your envelope containing the money.*

*All our products are in stock, unless indicated otherwise on our website. Sometimes, however, it happens that in between the time you order and the moment your payment is received, products run out of stock. If this happens, depending on resupply time, we may send you the missing product as soon as it comes back in stock or send a replacement product. Of course, in each of both cases we will contact you first.

All of our orders are packaged in very discreet, plain envelopes or boxes (Depending on the size of the items you ordered). We do not place our company name or address on the packaging in order to protect your privacy.

 

We offer 3 shipping options for Europe and the rest of the World.

 

Standard Mail
This is normal mail which does not include tracking, delivery confirmation or insurance. Items lost or damaged will be your responsibility and you will not be compensated.

 

Registered Mail
This is a more secure mail which does include tracking, delivery confirmation (EU and USA only) and insurance. Items lost or damaged will be eligible for a store credit coupon covering the value of the purchase. Please provide us with photos of the damaged items. Please note that once you have signed for the package the responsibility passes to you so please check our order for any damage before signing.

 

Express Mail (EU Union Only)
This is a priority mail service which guarantees a delivery time of up to 3 days. Included is tracking, delivery confirmation (EU and USA only) and insurance. Items lost or damaged will be eligible for a store credit coupon covering the value of the purchase. Please provide us with photos of the damaged items. Please note that once you have signed for the package the responsibility passes to you so please check our order for any damage before signing.

*These are working days (Monday to Friday) and do not include weekends or holidays. If your Standard Package is shipped on a Monday it can take up to the next Wednesday to arrive.
