Relax contains a special and approved mixture of relaxing herbs which facilitate a natural and healthy sleep. Valerian and hops have been used as natural sedatives for many years. Griffonia helps in the production of serotonin, the body’s natural mood stabiliser. The South American subtropical herb, passionflower makes one feel less sensitive to stress. Relax is ideal after a hard day’s work, after partying or just to catch one’s breath.
Each capsule (456 mg) consists of: valerian extract 0.8% 240 mg, Griffonia extract 14% 105 mg, hop extract 80 mg, Passiflora 20 mg, magnesium stereate 8 mg, silicon dioxide 3 mg.


Usage
For sedative or relaxation purposes, take 1 capsule with some water.

To promote sleep, take 2 – 4 capsules before going to bed with some water.
