The work i do is (like most people) is extremely stressful. As a result i eat badly and sleep badly and sometime take out my work frustrations on the people i care the most about.

This pill really helps with that. You will find that it will put you in a better mood and will also allow you to sleep better. As a result, you find that you function at a higher all round capacity.
