What shipping options do you have?

SHIPPING OPTIONS
Standard Mail
This is normal mail which does not include tracking, delivery confirmation or insurance. Items lost or damaged will be your sole responsibility and you will not be compensated.
Registered Mail
This is a more secure mail which does include tracking and delivery confirmation (EU excluding France and USA only). Items lost or damaged will be eligible for a store credit coupon covering the value of the purchase. Please note that once you have signed for the package the responsibility passes to you so PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER FOR ANY DAMAGE BEFORE SIGNING.
*This option is not available for all orders. If you do not see the option then the products you have chosen are not eligible for Registered Mail

*These are working days (Monday to Friday) and do not include weekends or holidays. If your Standard Package is shipped on a Monday the estimated delivery time is until the next Wednesday.

How can I track my order?

You can only track your order if you selected Registered Mail during your checkout. If you did select Registered Mail then your tracking number will be available 3 days after your order has been shipped.
You can view this my logging into your account. Click on your ORDER HISTORY and select the order you wish to track. In the invoice you will have a link for your tracking number.

Do you ship to my country?

All country restrictions in shipping can be found on the product page in a warning message. If there is no message then are no restrictions.

When will I receive my order?

Your order should arrive within the dates specified below. However, what happens to your order after it leaves our warehouse is out of our control and can always be subject to delays from the shipping company.

I did not receive my order, what happens now?

Most items arrive within the estimated delivery time. If you have not received your item in this time, don't worry as delays do occasionally occur. Please wait 30 calendar days before you contact us to let us know you have not received your item. We will not be able to assist you before this time.
If your order has still not arrived, please click the link below to contact Customer Support. If your order was either lost or confiscated we are NOT liable or responsible. Please read the Disclaimer, which you must agree to before finalizing your order.

Do you have express shipping?

We do not currently offer Express Shipping.

What happens if I am not home to receive the package?

This will vary according to your country and the size of the package (Items are always packaged in the smallest possible way). You may receive a message from the shipping company in your mailbox with a contact number or you may be required to visit your local post office or they may attempt a delivery the next day.

What happens if I didn't pick up the package?

The package will be returned to us. This can take up to 30 days. Only when the package returns to us can we offer you the re-shipment option. You may be charged extra shipping costs for this service.

I accidentally gave the wrong address, what happens now?

If the address you gave does not exist, then the package will returned to us. This can take up to 30 days. Only when the package returns to us can we offer you the re-shipment option. You may be charged extra shipping costs for this service.
If it is an existing address, and the people accept the package and do not return it, then the shop will not be held liable.
