How can I track my order?
We want to ensure your orders reach you safely and securely, especially for those valued at €150 or more. That's why we typically ship these orders via registered shipping with tracking. However, please note that the availability of this service may vary depending on the products you've ordered.

Do you ship to my country?
Currently we only ship to the following countries:
Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Any other shipping restrictions to a specific country will be noted on the product page with a warning message.
When will I receive my order?
Your order should arrive within the dates specified below. However, what happens to your order after it leaves our warehouse is out of our control and can always be subject to delays from the shipping company.

I did not receive my order, what happens now?
Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery time. If you have not received your order in this time, don't worry as delays do occasionally occur. Please wait 20 working days before you contact us to let us know you have not received your order. We will not be able to assist you before this time. Requests for compensation will no longer be accepted once 40 working days have passed from the date the order was shipped.

Do you have express shipping?
Sorry, there is no express option available at the moment, but we are currently working on adding new shipping options soon.
What happens if I am not home to receive the package?
This will vary according to your country and the size of the package (Items are always packaged in the smallest possible way). You may receive a message from the shipping company in your mailbox with a contact number or you may be required to visit your local post office or they may attempt a delivery the next day.
What happens if I didn't pick up the package?
The package will be returned to us. This can take up to 30 days. Only when the package returns to us can we offer you the re-shipment option. You may be charged extra shipping costs for this service.
I accidentally gave the wrong address, what happens now?
If the package is undeliverable because the address does not exist, it will be returned to us. You may request for a re-shipment once we've received the package. This may take up to 30 days and extra shipping costs will apply. If, however, the package was delivered to a wrong address and not returned, we cannot be held liable for it.
